Our volunteers are essential to making Missions Training a fun, safe, and engaging space for students and their teams to connect with God before going out to serve.

What does a young person need to have a thriving faith in Jesus? This is the question we explored alongside 12 youth leaders and 5 senior ministry leaders in todayā€™s workshop in Wyckoff, NJ.

In teams, leaders evaluated their ministries for strengths and gaps in their studentsā€™ faith formation. Once identified, we strategized together on research-backed ways to close those gaps.

Weā€™ve discovered thereā€™s a formation gap in our churches.

Todayā€™s youth need more than programsā€”they need faith shared by adults across the entire congregation. ā€Ø
Weā€™re hosting a free workshop on March 4th in Wyckoff, NJ for Youth Leaders and Senior Church Leaders (attend as a team!), featuring our own research and the Faith Formation Framework from .

Join us to learn how to shift youth formation from department to DNA: making it a church-wide priority through missions, mentorship, and intergenerational partnership.
