The shame was never yours to carry.

Some things happened to you.
Some things were done to you.
Some things you regret.
And some things you’ve been carrying for years because you thought you had to.

You don't.

Jesus didn't come to add another weight to your shoulders. He came to set you free.

Put down the shame. Leave it at the feet of Jesus. Grace was always meant to be yours. ❤️

When God is your defender, you don't have to fight every battle.

Isaiah 54:17 says: “No weapon formed against you shall prosper…”

Not every attack deserves a response.
Not every opinion needs an explanation.
Not every battle is yours to win.

Sometimes faith looks like stepping back, taking a breath, and letting God handle what you can't.

You don't have to defend yourself when God is already defending you. 🙏

There's a lot going on in politics—money, power, and contempt. Contempt and hatred do the adversary's work, not God's. Let's choose dialogue, compassion, and a focus on the divine over human divisions.

Reminder for the person who keeps wondering if they're enough...

God already answered that.

"You are precious in My eyes, and honored, and I love you." — Isaiah 43:4

Read it slowly.

Precious.
Not because you earned it.

Honored.
Not because you're perfect.

Loved.
Period.

The world tells you to prove your worth.
God tells you your worth was never up for debate.

So stop letting your inner critic have the loudest voice.

God's voice says you're loved.
