Meet Alyson Lee for this feature Friday:

I am starting my 31st year in BSF! Wow! I started BSF in an evening class in Sugar Land, TX after teaching school all day. I transitioned to the day class there when my oldest turned 2 (the youngest they could come to BSF at the time). I started in leadership in 2003 in Moore, OK as a Group Leader and served as a GL for 3 years. God really taught me to depend on Him as that was not my strongest gift! After serving as a GL, I moved to the role of Class Administrator and served that class for 4 years. Our family then made a move back to Texas. I have been in this class now for 16 years – 1 year as a class member, 6 years as an administrative leader and now I am starting my 10th year as the Class Administrator. God has allowed me to use my giftings in this role and lead an amazing group of administrative leaders that bless me each week.
BSF has been a blessing in my family and my life – both of my boys benefitted from the BSF Kids program – often coming home singing the hymns and telling me Bible stories. My parents have both been involved in BSF for many years and my mom is joining our class this year after moving here this summer!
I am looking forward to getting back to BSF this fall in our study of Romans, seeing so many of my favorite people every week and meeting the many new women and children that are coming to our class!

For those that don’t know, BSF Shepherd leaders like Laura Lee pray for & support our leaders. It is another layer of service & commitment to our Bible study, so that every woman (leaders included) is seen, supported, fed & poured into week after week ❤️
