On this Memorial Day, we pause with grateful hearts to remember the brave men and women who gave their lives in service to this nation. We honor their sacrifice, their courage, and their willingness to stand in the gap for the freedoms we enjoy today.
Lord, comfort the families who still carry the pain of loss. Surround spouses, children, parents, friends, and fellow service members with Your peace and strength. Let them know that the lives of their loved ones will never be forgotten.

We pray for our nation, that we would be people who value justice, unity, compassion, and peace. Teach us to live responsibly and honorably so that the sacrifices made for this country were not in vain.

Bless those who currently serve in the armed forces. Protect them, guide them, and bring them safely home. Strengthen veterans who carry visible and invisible wounds, and remind them that they are deeply valued and appreciated.

Above all, Lord, help us remember the greatest sacrifice of all through Your Son, Jesus Christ, who laid down His life that we might have eternal life. May His love inspire us to serve others with humility, courage, and grace.

We thank You for the gift of freedom, for the blessing of remembrance, and for the hope we have in You. In Jesus’ name we pray, Amen

Happy Mother’s Day!
To every woman in our church and throughout our community, we honor you today with gratitude and love.
Today, we celebrate mothers, grandmothers, godmothers, aunties, mentors, and spiritual mothers, women who pour love, wisdom, and strength into the lives of others. Your nurturing spirit reflects the heart of God in ways words can scarcely express.
To the women who are rejoicing today, may your joy be full.
To the women who are remembering or grieving, may God’s comfort surround you.
To the women who are still waiting, still praying, and still believing, may hope and faith rise within you.
Women, you are seen. You are valued. You are vessels of grace.
“Her children rise up and call her blessed…” — Proverbs 31:28
May the Lord bless you richly, strengthen you each day, and remind you that your labor of love is never in vain.
