Alrighty, it's time to get some meetings set back up again!
The holidays are 'long' since gone, and I know most people are probably still too busy, as that seems to be the way of things, but I'm going to plan a meeting or two, anyway. :)

Anyone want to learn to make these? Crochet For Christ at FBC Allen, tomorrow evening, 6:00-7:30, E-109. Bring a couple of little balls of yarn, two colors that compliment each other. And bring a 'decorative button' if you have one. I used an "H" hook, but I know most of us carry around quite a collection of crochet hooks! :)

Sure enjoyed getting to spend time with Faye Kelly and with Ember Deibler! Who, btw, brought along her sweet little boy, how makes absolutely the cutest sounds! Thanks for coming, ladies! I was glad for the time with you!

I will post & e-mail the new dates when I have them. I'll try to get to the church office tomorrow, as I just realized that this month will be OVER on Sunday! Wow, less than 3 months until Christmas!

Tonight is our first of four "Get-Ready-For-Christmas" crochet meetings! I'll bring some patterns for some cute little things to make and plenty of yarn to make any of them! Stocking stuffers, decorations, home decor items, things like that!

Alrighty, my Crochet partners! Tuesday, one week from today! September 4th, 7-9, room E-109, just a relaxing, fellowship crochet meeting! I know many may be tired from an exhausting 3-day weekend, but you can bring a light project to work on. : )

Thursday Crochet! August 22, from 7-9pm, same place: E-109!

We'll be making a crocheted rose, and I'll have safety pins, with removable heads, so you can attach the rose to the pin, and wear it to show your friends just how quick, easy, and wonderful crochet can be!

I'll have all the supplies to make the roses, so you don't need to bring anything for that. But they stitch up so quickly, that you may want to bring something else to work on as well!

Sure hope to see you tomorrow! Wow, it' almost IS tomorrow! Time to head to bed. : )
