National Day of Prayer
Today, on the National Day of Prayer, we pause to acknowledge what Scripture has always taught us: prayer still matters.
Prayer is more than a religious activity, it is our lifeline to God. In moments of uncertainty, prayer gives peace. In seasons of grief, prayer gives strength. In times of division, prayer calls us back to love, humility, and reconciliation.
As your pastor, my prayer today is that God would heal hearts, restore families, strengthen churches, guide leaders, protect our communities, and awaken our nation to righteousness, compassion, and truth.
No matter what challenges surround us, we are reminded that God still hears, God still moves, and God is still faithful.
“If my people, which are called by my name, shall humble themselves, and pray…” 2 Chronicles 7:14
Take time today to pray for:
* Your family
* Your church
* Your community
* Our nation
* Those who are hurting and overlooked
May we never underestimate the power of sincere prayer.
