Tuesday morning “Coffee and Company” is one of my favorite parts of the week! You never know what you will find- today we were led in “jewelry making” by Mary. (With ice cream as dessert!) Feel free to stop by any time on Tuesdays from 9:30 AM - 1:00 PM.

Pentecost Sunday— so much to praise! We celebrated the descension of the Holy Spirit and the gifts it bestows on each of us. Additionally, we honored our graduates and the futures they are embarking on!

You know what’s insanely cute AND affordable? Planting succulents in teacups!!! Tonight our Salem community planted mini fairy gardens in teacups/mugs. Plus, we discussed how we can upcycle more products so that we continue to provide sustainable care for God’s creation.

VBS is only a month away, and we can’t wait for an incredible week of faith, fun, music, games, and discovering how God is always with us!

VBS is one of the highlights of the summer, and we would love for your kids to be part of it. Be sure to get registered soon so we can plan for supplies and make this the best week possible for every child.

This was the 70th graduating class from North Polk Community School District . Salem is proud to be the host Church of the student organized baccalaureate service before graduation each year.
