Come on over to Sage Granada Park Umc for a blessing of the animal service 🐾 You and your precious pet companions are invited to a short outdoor worship service to bless and give thanks for our four- (or more!)-legged family members who bring us so much joy and love every day.

To bless larger or unmanageable animals, please contact and I'll coordinate a way to go to you in the Alhambra, CA area!

· Lent is a season for slowing down, reflecting, and noticing where God is showing up in our everyday lives – and your story is a sacred part of that holy work. I warmly invite you to help shape our church’s upcoming 2026 Lenten Devotional by sharing a short reflection of your own faith journey – whether it’s a moment of struggle, grace, doubt, or quiet joy.

Blue Christmas Worship Service: SUNDAY, December 21st, 5:00 p.m.:

· If you've never heard of a Blue Christmas service before (also known as The Longest Night of the Year service), this Sunday’s service (about 45 minutes long) acknowledges and provides comfort for people who are suffering feelings of sadness, grief, or loneliness at this time of year. It's a space for people to honestly express their struggles and find hope, community, and healing – and to know that it's okay to feel the way they're feeling. After all, Jesus Christ was born into our world to heal our broken world. This will be the ideal way to feel the love and connection of Emmanuel - God With Us. We invite all who might benefit from this safe, comforting experience. See you THIS SUNDAY for this very meaningful service!

Thank you to everyone who bought food items, contributed monetary donations, and/or helped us pack and deliver Hope Meal bags to students at Ynez Elementary School. We were able to make and donate 47 meal bags for students to have access to meals and food while school is closed for the weeklong Thanksgiving break.

Hope y’all made it down to the rootin’ tootin’ fall festival this past Saturday. Tons of games, activities, and good ‘ole fun!

Up in the mountains, we picked apples, hiked a river, played games, sang songs, star gazed. But most importantly we communed, strengthened our ties. We are restored and ready. Thanks to everyone who contributed to our fundraiser!!
