今天是美国建国第249周年纪念日。我们感谢上帝，因祂的恩典使这片土地诞生，自由得以宣告——这自由不只是来自人的制度，更是由造物主所赐予的权利。
作为华人移民或华裔后代，我们当中许多人或我们的先辈，曾怀着对信仰自由、言论自由与生活尊严的渴望来到这里。今天我们纪念的不只是国家的诞生，更是那份使人真正自由的信念：“所以天父的儿子若叫你们自由，你们就真自由了。”（约翰福音 8:36）
在这个文化混乱、道德动荡的时代，让我们不忘建国先贤的信仰与勇气。愿我们华人信徒群体站立得稳，为真理发声，为正义守望，珍惜这片土地的祝福，并为我们的下一代争取真正的盼望。
愿神祝福美国，
愿神复兴祂的教会。

Today, on this 249th Independence Day of the United States, we give thanks to God for the founding of this nation — a land where liberty was proclaimed not only by men, but ultimately endowed by our Creator.
As Chinese Americans, many of us or our ancestors came here seeking freedom — freedom of belief, of speech, of livelihood. On this day, we remember that true freedom is not merely political or economic, but spiritual: “If the Son sets you free, you will be free indeed.” (John 8:36)
In this hour of cultural confusion and moral struggle, let us not forget the faith and courage of the founding generation. May we as a community rise to stand for truth, defend righteousness, and cherish the blessings of this land — not just for ourselves, but for the generations to come.
