Coming Dec. 17th, 2023, we'll share an "Empty Chair Service." We will remember our loved ones who have passed on and leave an "empty chair" this Christmas. We welcome you to bring a photo of your loved one or to write their name on a slip of paper to attach to the chair. There will be a chair at both the Sturgeon Bay and Algoma campuses. Pastor Mark will share how the Christ of Christmas came to bear our griefs and carry our sorrows. Please share this post!

Another great church family picnic will be this Sunday, 6/11/23. We'll celebrate together at our Algoma Campus at noon. We'll furnish Polish sausages and hot dogs. Please bring a side dish or dessert to share.

Pastor Carol Wheeler is the new local Pastor of the Family Worship Center Algoma Campus. She has been an important part of the Family Worship Center community for over 35 years.
Carol has an extensive education and work background. She earned her Bachelor of Fine Arts in Instrumental Music Education from UW-Milwaukee in 1977. She earned her Masters of Business Administration (MBA) from UW-Oshkosh in 1998. During those decades, Pastor Carol worked for Schreiber Foods in Human Resources and finished her corporate career as a retirement educator for Wells Fargo.
Pastor Carol’s ministry background is also considerable. Among many other church roles, she served as a deaconess for Family Worship Center for over fifteen years. She is a very popular Bible teacher whose knowledge of Hebrew brings depth and understanding to God’s Word. Her investment in young people and musical giftings have brought blessings to so many people.
The Algoma Family Worship Center is excited about having Pastor Carol on staff. Dr. Mark Schwarzbauer, the lead pastor for the Family Worship Center churches, remarked that “Carol’s stable leadership is only exceeded by her kindness and beautiful spirit. She is a remarkable gift to the Algoma community.” Family Worship Center Algoma is located at 916 Feld St. Algoma. At the 10 AM service on April 30th, the church will celebrate the commissioning of Pastor Carol. The public is invited to attend and experience the love at Family Worship Center.

Algoma's Family Worship Center invites you and your family to celebrate Easter with us. Our Good Friday Service is at 6 PM. On Saturday, we'll enjoy a Community Easter Egg Hunt and kids program, starting at 10 AM. We welcome you this Easter Sunday for our 10 AM Resurrection Celebration.
