Gather Lakes Area

Join Gather Lakes Area at 11AM on Saturday, June 13 for an Alexandria COLOR WALK! 🎨📸 This will be a fun group photo scavenger hunt challenge, followed by a related devotional during lunch together at Casa Jalisco :)

Here’s how it’ll work:

- Arrive at Big Ole at 11AM (200 Broadway St.)

- A Gather leader will give you two things:

1. A paint sample! Your goal is to get 8 photos of things that are this color.

2. A Canva document! You will upload your 8 photos on the document page with your color name. (The second photo has an example of what the final product will look like!) Don't worry if you don't have a Canva account - we will help you get onto this free website/app.

- We will have one hour to walk around town to take photos. We can stay together or split into smaller groups if we have a big turnout!

- Meet back up at Big Ole at noon!

- Walk together to Casa Jalisco for lunch, photo sharing, and a paint-sample-related devotional (for those who can stay) 🙂

- We will share the final collages on our Gather Lakes Area social media!

You read that right — we have a BONUS Gather Game Night this month!! We will be at Luther Crest Bible Camp with their summer support staff of young adults joining in to experience a Gather Lakes Area event. Come join at 9PM on Wednesday 5/27 for snacks, games, and fellowship! 💚

We made a little bit of a mess along the way... but swipe for a satisfying reveal! ✨ We had a great time with our Gather Lakes Area service project cleaning and reorganizing Bible study and game supplies at Luther Crest as they get ready to welcome campers this summer. Thanks for having us, ! ❤️

Join us for our very first Gather Lakes Area young adult SERVICE EVENT! 🥳 We will be helping out at Luther Crest Bible Camp on Sunday, April 26 from 2-4 PM. Meet in the parking lot! Our projects will be indoors and non-strenuous. We hope you'll join us to help out with this awesome ministry partner! 🩷💚
