We welcome any and all young adults (18-35) to gather and partake in our fellowship and attend our fun events!

It's FINALLY time for our August event: Podcast & Conversation! We hope you'll come join us at Alexandria City Park at 6:00 PM this Tuesday, August 25 🎧🎙️🌿

We'll pick out a short Lutheran/faith-based podcast that sounds interesting together, then we'll listen either:

1. together on a speaker (you can bring crafts/games to do while listening if you'd like), or
2. solo on headphones (bring your own!) while walking or sitting apart!

Then when we've all finished, we will chat about the podcast — reflections, questions, what we found interesting, etc. See you there! :)

Join Gather Lakes Area at 11AM on Saturday, June 13 for an Alexandria COLOR WALK! 🎨📸 This will be a fun group photo scavenger hunt challenge, followed by a related devotional during lunch together at Casa Jalisco :)

Here’s how it’ll work:

- Arrive at Big Ole at 11AM (200 Broadway St.)

- A Gather leader will give you two things:

1. A paint sample! Your goal is to get 8 photos of things that are this color.

2. A Canva document! You will upload your 8 photos on the document page with your color name. (The second photo has an example of what the final product will look like!) Don't worry if you don't have a Canva account - we will help you get onto this free website/app.

- We will have one hour to walk around town to take photos. We can stay together or split into smaller groups if we have a big turnout!

- Meet back up at Big Ole at noon!

- Walk together to Casa Jalisco for lunch, photo sharing, and a paint-sample-related devotional (for those who can stay) 🙂

- We will share the final collages on our Gather Lakes Area social media!
