Khenchen Pema Sherab Rinpoche, one of the world’s pre-eminent living khenpos, is teaching Letter to a Friend, an exposition of the entire Mahayana path by the extraordinary third century scholar Nagarjuna. Teachings are every Saturday and Sunday morning for at least six weeks beginning Dec. 19. At PCD-DC, we join the Rinpoches to pray for all beings to remain healthy and safe. As they recommend, please follow the proper precautions prescribed by our public health authorities. Until this pandemic stabilizes, and possibly longer, we are suspending our monthly group tsok pujas and encourage everyone to practice these in your homes. (Next Guru Rinpoche Day is April 3.) We are joyfully preparing for Khenpo Tenzin Norgay Rinpoche’s visit to PCD-DC next week, Sept. 27th – 29th. He is teaching on the sadhana of Yumka Dechen Gyalmo and is leading our Discovering Meditation group on Sun., Sept. 29. Everyone is warmly invited to these teachings.
