AA, Alhamdulillah we purchased another property for Masjid. This is in addition to commercial property. This property is .8 acres and has an existing structure. We will InshaAllah remodel and move into this and out from rental location. Total counted land is now 1.75 acres. Alhamdulillah

Current Plan

We currently are building a Mosque and Community Center in Alexandria, Virginia that will accommodate 225 people. Estimated cost for this Mosque is $2.5 million. We need a down payment of $150,000 by May 30th for the design and construction phase.

We need your help to raise the funds to meet the deadline.

Services we currently offer at AMANA center:

Comprehensive Islamic Courses
Dara-e-Qur'an
Arabic Courses
Nikkah (Marriage) Services
Marriage Counseling
Aqeeqah Services
EID, Jumu'ah and Taraweeh prayeres

Allah says in Sura Al-Baqara, verse 261:

The example of those who spend their wealth in the way of Allah is like that of a grain which caused to grow seven years and in each year one hundred grains and Allah may increase more than that for whomever He pleases; and Allah is Bountiful, All-knowing.

Abu Huraira Radhiallahu Ta'la reported Allah's Messenger (may peace be upon him) as saying: If anyone gives as Sadaqa the equivalent of a date from that (earning) earned honestly, for Allah accepts that which is lawful, the Lord would accept it with His Right Hand, and even if it is a date, it would foster in the Hand of the lord, as one of you fosters his c**t, till it becomes bigger than a mountain. [Saheeh Muslim, Kitaab al-Zakaat] Guarantee your real estate in Jannah. Guarantee your rewards for this dunya and hereafter!

American Muslim Society of North America needs your help this Ramadan! We are building a Masjid off of Richmond Highway, Alexandria, Virginia. This area is thriving beyond imagination.

The site plan is developed for a three story structure that includes:Main prayer hall to hold daily/Jummah/EID congregation

This masjid will provide:

Sunday and After school programs
Quran memorization classes
Community representation
A great library of Islamic Literature for Muslims and non-Muslims
