Dr. Tom Bailey as pastor and he was installed on Sunday, April 25, 1999. On May 22, 2001, the church’s name was changed from Greater Shiloh Missionary Baptist to Victory Temple Missionary Baptist Church. Under the leadership of Pastor Bailey, the church established its new location at 2762 Duke Street in Alexandria, Virginia. Dr. Bailey faithfully served as pastor for 20 years, retiring on Decembe

r 31, 2019. On December 31, 2021, the Rev. Paige became Interim Pastor. After serving for two years as Interim Pastor, Rev. Paige was elected as the second Pastor of VTMBC and began his tenure on January 1, 2024. Pastor-elect Paige will be ceremonially installed on April 21, 2024. SUNDAY WORSHIP SERVICE: 10:20 AM
