This Sunday is the Third Sunday of Advent, and we will light the Joy candle. Pastor Greg's message is entitled, "The Courage of Christmas," and his text is Luke 1:46-55, which is Mary's Song. He will focus on the amount of courage and the positive perspective Mary had to maintain to be obedient. This Sunday we celebrate the Second Sunday of Advent. We will light the Peace Candle. Pastor's Greg's message is entitled, " True Repentance, True Peace," and his text is Matthew 3:1-12. He will focus on John the Baptist's call to repentance with attention to genuine actions in repentance, baptism as a sign of repentance, and a genuine relationship with Jesus.
