Join us this Sunday at FBC Aledo for worship at 8:00 AM or 10:15 AM!

Pastor Steven will be sharing a message titled "The Greatest Words Ever Spoken" from Hebrews 1:1-4, as we discover the supremacy and sufficiency of Christ through God's ultimate revelation in His Son.

This Sunday is also Communion Sunday, a special time for us to remember and celebrate the sacrifice of Jesus together.

As part of our Communion Sunday emphasis, we invite you to bring non-perishable food items for the Mercer County Food Pantry and/or donations for the FBC Blessing Box. Your generosity helps provide practical care and encouragement to families in our community.

🙏 Please join us in praying for the FBC Refuge Students as they attend the CIY Conference in Joplin, Missouri this week!

CIY (Christ In Youth) is a powerful week filled with worship, biblical teaching, small-group discussions, and opportunities for students to grow deeper in their faith and strengthen their relationship with Christ.

Pray for safe travels, open hearts, meaningful friendships, spiritual growth, and that God would work in a mighty way in the lives of our students and leaders. May this be a week of encouragement, life-changing decisions, and a deeper understanding of God's love and purpose for each of them.

We can't wait to hear how God moves throughout the week! ❤️🙏

This Sunday, May 31st, we’re changing things up in the best way as our entire church family gathers together for ONE combined worship service at 10:15am (no 8am service). Sunday School will still take place at 9am as usual.

There’s something special about worshiping side by side, lifting our voices together, and being reminded that we are one body in Christ.

Pastor Steven will be sharing a message called A Dream Deferred from Luke 9:28-36, reflecting on the powerful moment Jesus stood with Moses and Elijah on the mountain and what it means for us when God’s promises feel delayed or distant.

After the service, we’d love for everyone to stay and enjoy an old-fashioned church potluck together in the Fellowship Hall beginning around 11:30am. Bring a favorite dish, side, or dessert to share. Drinks and table service will be provided.

We hope you’ll come worship, connect, encourage one another, and enjoy a meaningful Sunday together as a church family!
