HAVE A BLESSED BIRTHDAY, ST. JOHN THE BAPTIST! 🎉🙏

Today, the Church joyfully celebrates the Nativity of St. John the Baptist—the forerunner of Christ, the voice crying out in the wilderness, and the prophet chosen by God to prepare the way for the Savior.

Among all the saints, St. John the Baptist holds a special place, for his birth is one of the few birthdays commemorated in the Church's liturgical calendar. Even before he was born, he recognized the presence of Jesus, leaping for joy in his mother's womb. His entire life was dedicated to pointing others toward Christ, teaching us that true greatness is found in humility, faithfulness, and obedience to God's will.

As we honor his birth, may we learn from his example of courage in proclaiming the truth, humility in serving God's mission, and unwavering faith in Jesus. Like St. John, may we become instruments who lead others not to ourselves, but to the Lord.

Happy Birthday, St. John the Baptist!
