Yule 2023! On December 22 at 6:45 PM MST, on Zoom and in person, the Coyote Willow chapter of CUUPS at First Unitarian Church of Albuquerque will reenact the "epic rap battle" 😆 between the Oak King and Holly King for Yule. We are taking the colloquy that Damh the Bard wrote for Winter Solstice and dividing it up to allow for more participants, and then inviting others to bring short readings to add to the event. We will round it out by singing pagan chants and popular pagan reworkings of holiday songs. And of course we will feast and wassail (with apple cider). All are welcome! Potluck starts in the Memorial Hall at 6:45 PM, ritual starts at 7:15.
