Today, we commemorate our soldiers who made the ultimate sacrifice, giving up everything to protect our freedoms, liberties, and nation. The rights we enjoy in this country have come at a great cost, paid for by the bravery of these fallen heroes and the loved ones they left behind.

With humble gratitude, we thank the Lord for our God-given rights and for the brave men and women who fought to defend them. Their sacrifice reminds us of the sacrificial love of Jesus Christ, who willingly gave His life on the cross for our sins, paying the ultimate price so that whoever believes in Him can have eternal life. (John 3:16; Romans 5:8-10)

May their courage, service, and selfless love never be forgotten.

When the sun sets tonight, Shavuot begins, and we at Ariel Ministries will celebrate a very special event: the birth of the Church.

In Acts 2, God’s Holy Spirit fell upon the Jewish believers in Jerusalem. At that very moment, they were welded together into one new organism: the kehila, the ekklesia, the living body of the Messiah.
