A Treatment for Physical Health and Increased Energy

“Health is a state of wholeness in mind and in body. The body is the servant of the mind, and the mind is the offspring of pure Spirit. I will permit Its flow of harmony, unity, and beauty a clear passageway. The body will always reflect this inner poise. Today I know that my health, my physical well-being, as well as my mental poise and peace, are drawn from an infinite Source of perfection. Today I know that the Lord, the Law of Good, is the healing Presence of life forever restoring my mind and my physical being.” Ernest Holmes

In step with this beautiful prayer from Ernest Holmes, I raise my awareness to recognize this healing Presence as God expressing in my life now. It is the healing Presence available to everyone. There is no limit to God, so there is no limit to my body healing itself and kicking out anything that is less than healthy! I claim a boost in my immunity system to release all infection, coughs, sneezes, discomfort, and aches. I reclaim my voice and let go of anything stopping my throat from being clear and able to speak. I know that I heal as I sleep, and I awake refreshed and ready for the day. I also claim for myself a replenishment of energy, physically and emotionally. My inner poise is restored and I feel peace and joy throughout my day, with the energy to do what is needed as it is needed. My body rises to the challenge. I draw from the Infinite Source of Perfection knowing that my body and mind are truly healed and whole now.

And so I give thanks for this amazing body, this physical vessel, and its capacity to heal itself. What an amazing creation each human body is, especially when it taps into the Infinite Source for all of its needs. I am so grateful to release this rundown, rotten cold, never to return again! I appreciate my beautifully healthy body that allows me to serve others throughout my day. I give thanks for One Loving Source that lifts my soul every day and gives me strength.

With confidence in the power of my word to create my reality, I release this prayer into the Law, knowing that health and energy are manifesting for me now! And so it is. Amen.

Abundance

What I know is that god is truly all there is.

In all the immensity of the universe, the abundance
is almost beyond comprehension.

On this planet the diversity, the abundance
of life itself is almost beyond comprehension.

Every day I look around and see abundance everywhere.
I see planes & cars, sunshine & clouds animals, & well fed, well clothed people.

In the midst of such abundance, I call forth the
consciousness of abundance for the Rio Grande Center For Spiritual Living.

I call forth the consciousness of abundance for Rev Gil, the
Practitioners and congregation of the Rio Grande Center.

I open myself to the abundance that surrounds me.
I allow abundance to pour into myself, my Center & its congregants.
I allow. I allow. I allow abundance to pour forth freely.
I am profoundly grateful for the abundance that pours forth so freely and generously.
Knowing it is done and that all is well.
I declare it so.
And so it is! Amen

Aliveness

The crisp air reminds us we are alive. The hot sun reminds us we are alive. The loving embrace of another reminds us we are alive. The sting of a bee on a summers day reminds us we are alive.

All things point to being alive – or simply life. It is but one thing, one power, one source, activity that is this aliveness. I am that aliveness. I am that energy. I am that power.

Knowing this, I know that I Am in all things. Everywhere I am is a perfect expression of this life. My body, my spirit, my mind, my soul – all this is my aliveness. All is in divine order. All I need is alive in me right now! I am this very aliveness!

And it is with gratitude that I know, accept, and cherish my aliveness.

Simply knowing that it is, I release all to the aliveness that is mine.

And So It is!

Beyond The White Flag- The Courage to Let Go
In a sign of defeat, one would wave the white flag, but what if we look at Surrender as the brave choice to stop wrestling with life and start partnering with it?
Surrender is a powerful spiritual act. Surrender is the moment we release our tight grip on how we think life should be and allow the deeper wisdom of Spirit to guide us. It takes courage to stop fighting old patterns, outdated expectations, and the illusion that we must control everything.
Surrender is not giving in, it’s giving way. When we let go, we don’t lose power; we reclaim it. We create space for clarity, flow, and the next right step to reveal itself

Surrender becomes the doorway to peace, alignment, and a life that feels supported from withing;

A Prayer for Those Seeking Health to Say Aloud

I look to Divine Oneness – to Sacred Beingness. I name It Health…Wholeness…Well-being. I am of the Divine Oneness. I am of the Perfect Being. I am of the Unlimited Wellness. I am That I am. That is my Reality, my Truth. I unite with It now.

If there is anything in me – mind, body, or soul – that is not singing this Truth, I surrender it to the Transcendent, Trustworthy Wholeness. Steadfastly facing the True Health that I AM, I see no evil on my pathway. There is no reality in matter. There is no lack or limitation. There is no fear, no power to harm, no mistaken belief, no absence of Good, no burden of heavy obligation, no judgment, no sin, sickness, or death. God is now working with me to gently remove anything ready to be released. Accepting that I am eternally safe within the One, I now surrender that which no longer serves my Life, Highest Good and Joy.

I know that this is a blessed and meaningful time of life. I am alert to Life’s incoming messages. If I have experienced trauma or loss, I accept comfort and support in working through it. If I have experienced anger over perceived injustices, I accept understanding and appropriate processing within a safe context. If I have made a wrong turn, I return and align to my Source. I open myself to the Good Love and Intelligence flowing in from this and other planes of existence as unseen healing energies are moving within and all about me. I open to and accept the nurturing flow of Love. I allow Its Light to enlighten my being and shine through me. I accept clear guidance and direction in all decisions. I accept excellence in health care. I accept highest and best outcomes. I accept a clear vision of a fulfilled life and keep my eye fastened on the goodness that I desire. I see my vigorous health as a fully bloomed, fragrant rose. It is mine now.

I am grateful for the immeasurable Willingness and Power of Spirit to act upon my word and bring forth the experience of my wondrous Health. I am grateful for all Gifts of Spirit flowing abundantly to me to resource and reassure me in every moment.

I now faithfully place my word into the inevitability of Spiritual Law. It is accomplished on earth as it has already been done in heaven. And so it is.

A Communication with God

Dear God: I sit in this moment in awe, knowing of a loving God and an understanding God, and that I can have a conversation with God at anytime, I simply say “How wonderful is that!”.

I begin this conversation, sharing my desire to deepen my consciousness. It means so much to me to have a relationship that allows me to be honest and direct and open to receive, as well as free to give of myself. I know that I choose to consciously enhance my part in these conversations by letting go as I clear my mind so that I can hear. I also choose to expand my thoughts at the core level of my being to bring openness and honesty to the conversations. I yearn for these moments of Divine Communication, knowing that they are always safe, and always bring me to Oneness. As I release and I let go, I pause and get to peace. I can relax into the moment with a full recognition of the truth of who I am. How gracious is that!

I affirm that I am blessed. I embrace the Light of Spirit in my life. I experience calmness to my Heart. I get to embrace knowing that I am continuously blessed with strength so that I can be there for others, and give to others. That is my heart desire. I declare it so.

I am grateful for this conversation. I have so much to be grateful for. I am thankful for all the blessings that are so generously bestowed upon me. Thank you, God.

I now choose to place these words into a prayer. As I release my words, thoughts and actions into the law through this prayer, I know it is so. It is Divine!

And so it is!
