Second Presbyterian Church Albuquerque Worship services are 10:30 AM every Sunday. Visit our Website: http://secondpresabq.org The congregation is housed in a state and national historical landmark.

Established in 1889 at the confluence of the efforts of the Martin family, James Menaul, and First Presbyterian Church, and the arrival of Epifano Arreola, a man incarcerated in Mexico City who converted to Protestantism and moved to Albuquerque, New Mexico. Today, the richness of Second Presbyterian Church is reflected in many ways. The worship services are planned around the liturgical year, and

the sermons are based on the lectionary. The liturgy is in both English and Spanish, and hymns are sung in both English and Spanish using the Presbyterian Hymnal and El Himnario.

Join our Summer Christian Ed Course:

The class, led by Cathy Ulrich, will cover 4 short books of the Bible:
Wednesday, August 5: 2 John
Wednesday, August 12: 3 John
Wednesday, August 26: Jude
Wednesday, September 2: Philemon
Dates for the classes are Wednesday, August 5, 12, 26 and Wednesday, Sept.2. We will NOT have class Wednesday, August 19 to free up anyone who wants to attend the monthly Service of Justice and Peace. The class will run from 6:00pm-7:00pm in the large, southwest, corner meeting room of the Candelaria Wing. We'll enter through the outside door on the south side of the building, near the front parking lot and the Purple Pantry.

Translation services will be piloted through Zoom.
