Would you rather have 5 years of real joy…or spend 50 years looking in the rearview mirror, afraid of what might happen next?
That question hit hard in Pastor Gran’s message today.

Fear has a way of stealing today by keeping us trapped in yesterday—and anxious about tomorrow. At some point, we have to decide whether we’re going to keep living scared of what’s behind us…or trust God enough to actually live the life in front of us.

Disappointment usually shows up in the space between what we thought God would do and what actually happened.
But that gap doesn’t have to become the place where your faith dies. Sometimes it’s where God teaches us to trust Him deeper.

I WANT TO HEAR FROM PEOPLE WHO DON’T GO TO CHURCH...

Seriously.

- Not the pastors.
- Not the regular church crowd.
- Not the people who already love Sundays.

I want to hear from the people who DON’T go.

We have a lot of churches doing Christian things, in Christian places with Christian people. Ignite Community Church doesn't want to be a church that only caters to the church. Jesus didn't operate like that, and neither do we.

If someone invited you to church tomorrow, what would make you actually consider saying YES?

What keeps you from walking in the door, though you may want to?

What could a church do differently that might make you think:

“You know what…I might actually check that place out.”

Food? Live music? A different atmosphere? Meeting somewhere unexpected? Talking about real-life issues? A place where you could ask hard questions without being judged? Something completely different?

I’m genuinely asking because I think churches spend a lot of time guessing what people outside the church need…

when maybe we should just ask them.

So if church isn’t normally your thing, I’d love to hear from you.

What would get you through the door?

If you were invited, would you go?

No judgements here.

I honestly just want to know what keeps people out of church. One thing I've heard from many has been church can be filled with hypocrites, and I'd agree, but yet our workplaces are too, and we still go to work, so what is holding you back and what could bring you in.

Baseball season printing is wrapping up, and our printer has given us a week’s notice that our Ignite shirts and hoodies are finally going into production!
