Our Launch Pad play space for parents/caregivers and their children under 5 will be open on Tuesday, September 8th. Open play is available on Tuesdays and Fridays from 10:00-11:30am while school is in session.

We invite you to bring your little ones for a time of play and encouragement together.

What a week at Our Savior's Lutheran Church! We hosted a three-day Lutheran Early Response Team training and yesterday was a continuation of the chainsaw training. At least six churches were represented in addition to the people who attended from Our Savior’s. We had amazing trainers who were very good at explaining and demonstrating. It was really a chance in a lifetime. The purpose is to train people to be deployed to help victims of disasters of many kinds. We are called to be the hands and feet of Jesus.

Matthew 25:35 teaches us that helping people in need is equivalent to helping Jesus. Our Savior's Lutheran Church has had the honor of hosting a three-day training that ends tomorrow for Lutheran Early Response Teams (LERT). The Synod has been deploying teams of trained workers in areas where there have been disasters for quite some time. The training consists of basic disaster relief work and chainsaw training. Highly skilled trainers from different parts of the country flew in to bless the local congregations and at least 3 churches were represented.
