Not every battle in the church is fought in front of people, some are fought in silence, in darkness, in moments when no one is watching.
1 Thessalonians 5:12 kjv
And we beseech you, brethren, to know them which labour among you, and are over you in the Lord, and admonish you.
They are not just speakers on a platform, they are laboring, carrying weight, standing between pressure and people, and many never see the cost of that labor.
Hebrews 13:17 kjv
Obey them that have the rule over you, and submit yourselves: for they watch for your souls, as they that must give account.
They are accountable before GOD for the souls they feed, every message, every warning, every counsel carries eternal weight, and that pressure does not turn off after the service ends.
2 Corinthians 11:28 kjv
Beside those things that are without, that which cometh upon me daily, the care of all the churches.
The burden is daily, not occasional, not seasonal, but constant, unseen, and often unspoken.
Ephesians 6:12 kjv
For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world.
While others see a man preaching, there is a spiritual war surrounding him that most will never recognize.
Pray for your pastor, not because he is weak, but because he is constantly standing in places where battles are real, heavy, and invisible.
Do not wait until the one feeding you is already exhausted, already wounded, already breaking in silence.
