Happy Father’s Day to all of our amazing Dads out there! We loved celebrating and honoring you today, and we are grateful for your presence in our homes, in our lives, and in our church family! Thank you all for leading and loving like God calls you to.

We also sit with those of you who have lost your father…or who may not have had a father…or whose relationship with their father might be strained. We see you, and we hold you in our hearts. Jesus does too. 🫶

We hope this day is a reminder to everyone that God is our good, good Father, and He loves all of us more than we could ever imagine.

❤️💛💚🖤 Today, we celebrate Juneteenth and honor the resilience, strength, and contributions of all of our Black brothers and sisters! We love each of you, and we want to wish you a Happy Juneteenth! We celebrate with you on this day of FREEDOM, recognizing and honoring your uniqueness and beauty that God Himself designed. ❤️💛💚🖤

We believe that every person on the planet is an image-bearer of Christ, created by Him and for Him….and in His image….and we love and welcome everyone at LCA! If you are reading this, you are invited to be a part of our family!

It is our desire to love everyone like Jesus first loved us, and we celebrate all of humanity. We are all His creation, and He is the common thread and bond running through all of us. We want to help bring the Kingdom of Heaven to earth, and we want everyone who will to join us. May we all be among the multitude that John saw in his vision in Revelation.

As we reflect on the history of Juneteenth today, let us not only celebrate…but acknowledge the work that still needs to be done. As we move toward the day when all things will be made new, let us remember to live as people of peace, hope, and love…people of reconciliation…people who pray…people who seek justice, who love mercy, and who walk humbly with our God….as citizens of Heaven…here on earth. 🫶

‼️ Friday rewind of Sunday’s service! ‼️

So thankful to have had Noah and Alexis Konsavage and their family with us leading worship on Sunday—such a blessing to all of us! Thank you both for sharing your gifts with us and bringing us to the feet of Jesus!

Ecclesiastes 1:1-4
The words of the Teacher, son of David, king in Jerusalem:
“Meaningless! Meaningless!” says the Teacher. “Utterly meaningless! Everything is meaningless.”
What do people gain from all their labors at which they toil under the sun?
Generations come and generations go, but the earth remains forever.

Some of us are focused on things that matter, and some of us are not. Be grounded, connected, and useful for the Kingdom.

Let’s focus on eternal things. Not earthly things.

Be an example. Let the fruit of the spirits be evident in you.

If you’re not chasing after the Father, you’re chasing the wind. Run after Him. Submit to Him, and come to know Him. Follow Him.

Ask yourself: How can I grow in eternal things? how can I make an eternal IMPACT?

When we die, we can’t take things with us….but we can take PEOPLE with us—to Heaven.

Practice gratitude. Read His Word.
Bend your heart to the things of God.
Practice love and humility.

Live in a way that matters for eternity. 🫶
