SCHOOLS OUT SUMMER BASH
Who wants to volunteer? Be at the Christian Church at 2:00 pm to help, Thursday, May 28th. You do not have to stay the entire time. Come and help as you are able, it will be greatly appreciated. If you want to sign up for something specifically, there are sign up sheets at the back of the church. The School’s Out Summer Bash Party will begin at 2:30 pm and end at 6:00 pm. It is for students in grades K-5. There will be free hot dogs and popcorn, games and activities, an obstacle course and a bounce house. It will be lots of fun!

ALBANY CHRISTIAN CHURCH’S SCHOOL’S OUT LIFT ADVENTURE WORKSHOPS
The Christian Church will be using our YCC building the first 4 Tuesdays in June from 10:00 am. - 12:00 pm. as part of their school’s out program. They have asked us to participate. On the first two Tuesdays we will be teaching and helping the children to learn the game of Pickleball. There are sign up sheets at the back of the sanctuary.

PROJECT FRIEND FOOD PANTRY
The food pantry is in need of empty bottles or jugs. They use these to put their homemade laundry soap in. If you have some of these, please bring them to the church and leave them in the church office. Thank you!

5th SUNDAY COMBINED SERVICE
The combined service will be at Desoto on Sunday, May 31st at 9:00 a.m. Albany people are to bring pastries and fruit. There is a sign up sheet at the back of the sanctuary.

RESALE SHOP

The resale shop is in need of volunteers. Please consider giving your time to this very worthy ministry. If you are interested please let Vicki Reade know.

MAILBOXES

Everyone please check your church mailboxes. Many of them have mail in them. On June 1 we will be throwing out anything left in your mailbox. Thank you!

On one of the Tuesdays we will be teaching and helping the children to learn the game of Pickleball. We will do a second Tuesday and ideas are still brewing on what to do. The other two days the Christian Church will have something, but I am sure our help
on those days also would be appreciated. If interested please let Pastor Katie know.
