The Council of Churches provides a range of services and programs dedicated to bringing congregations together in a commitment to an ecumenical movement in a changing world by facilitating working together, exploring divergent viewpoints, and seeking to bear faith and e

ffective witness. These initiatives, including ministries, worship services, educational forums, ecumenical meetings, publications, emergency shelter, and an interfaith prayer room, are intended to help member churches pursue service, advocacy, and celebration, and also serve to respond to critical needs in the Capital District.
