What a wonderful year it has been in Mission Kids!

From marching around Jericho and learning how Jesus calms every storm, to discovering how God is working through missionaries in the Philippines and Puerto Rico, our children have spent this year growing in faith, prayer, serving, and sharing the love of Jesus.

We wrapped up the year celebrating all God has taught them and all He has done through them. We are so thankful for our leaders, families, and these incredible kids!

Mission Kids returns in September, and there’s always room for more friends. Wednesday nights at Byne are too good to keep a secret… but first, tell someone about Jesus. ✝️

Missions Sunday 🌎❤️

What a special morning at Byne! We loved hearing from our younger Byne kids in Sunbeams, Mission Friends, GAs, and RAs and seeing hearts being shaped for Christ.

We were also encouraged by hearing about the mission trip to Puerto Rico and all God is doing there. Thank you, Pastor Hal, for sharing a message on patience — staying in His Word and being open to His calling wherever He may lead.

God is moving, and we’re thankful to be part of His work near and far. ✨

Happy Mother’s Day from Byne Church 🌷

Today’s message, “What Abides,” reminded us that while so many things in life fade, faith, hope, and love remain. Through every season, these are the gifts that continue shaping generations and pointing hearts toward Christ.

This morning was made even more special as we celebrated Baby Dedication together. Families stood before the church committing to raise their children in the Lord, and our church family committed to walk alongside them in prayer and encouragement. One of the sweetest moments was taking time to write heartfelt notes of encouragement and prayer for each parent. 💛 We also loved treating all of our moms to breakfast this morning as a small way to celebrate them and all they do.

We were encouraged to pray with our children, talk about Jesus in everyday moments, model faith in hard times, and fill our homes with the hope of the Gospel. Faith is often caught before it is taught, and the quiet moments of obedience can leave an eternal impact.

And love? The greatest of these is love. The sacrificial, patient, Christlike kind of love that mothers so beautifully reflect every single day.

To every mom, grandmother, spiritual mother, and woman investing in the next generation: thank you for being life givers. The seeds of faith, hope, and love you plant today matter for eternity.
