Our chaplains were at the Upstate NY Synod Assembly this week in Syracuse. Chaplain Kate Drefke addressed the assembly about our ministry of hospitality in Albany and beyond though our partnership Seafarers International House.

A few weeks ago, Chaplain Lowell Chilton visited the crew of the Fure Viten to welcome them to Albany. The Chief Engineer was excited to show off their state of the art engine room, which already meets the International Maritime Organization's 2050 goals for greenhouse gas emission reduction.
