As we move God is guiding us and leading us to the people that needs to hear the word. And as we listen many people can discover the true way of Salvation. God will reap the seeds of the Gospel in Albany.

Many people believe that to be close to God, they must do well, pray hard, and confess every sin — yet the harder we try, the more we feel we’re drifting farther away.
Our efforts, no matter how sincere, cannot cleanse the heart of sin.

But the Bible reveals a different message — not one of condemnation, but of freedom and grace.

“It is God that justifieth.” (Romans 8:33)

Jesus did not come to tell us that we are sinners who must fix ourselves.
He came to declare that we are justified freely through His perfect sacrifice.
He fulfilled every promise, bore every sin, and completed the work of salvation so that we could rest in what He has already done.

When we hear the gospel — not of what we must do, but of what Christ has done — our hearts find peace.
We are no longer striving to be righteous; we are resting in His righteousness.

Come and hear how Jesus has already justified us, and discover the joy of living in the grace that sets us free.

What an amazing Easter weekend we had!
This Saturday night’s Movie Night was such a blast — a beautiful time of laughter, fellowship, and celebrating the resurrection of Jesus together. Thank you to everyone who came out and made the night so special!

And Sunday… wow. What a powerful and joyful Easter service. God truly poured out His grace over our church family.
Let’s carry this joy and hope of the risen Christ into the rest of the week!

🌟 Easter Movie Night – “Were You There?” 🌟
A powerful film by the world‑renowned Gracias Choir

This Saturday night, we want to take time to reflect deeply on the death and resurrection of Jesus Christ. As Easter approaches, it’s important for us to pause, rethink, and truly remember the love that Jesus showed when He died for our sins and resurrected for our justification.

The movie “Were You There” was created during the pandemic, when churches around the world could no longer perform the Easter Cantata in person. The Gracias Choir — known worldwide for their beautiful music and heartfelt performances — produced this film so the message of hope could still reach people everywhere. Even when the world was locked down, this movie entered homes across many nations, touching hearts with the power of Jesus’ sacrifice and the glory of His resurrection.

This film is more than a performance — it is a journey.
It takes you into the upper room with Jesus and His disciples…
To the quiet, trembling prayers in Gethsemane…
To the suffering of the cross…
And finally, to the joy and victory of the empty tomb.

The reason we are bringing this movie to Albany is simple:
We want our community to experience this same hope, comfort, and joy.
The Easter Cantata has brought tears, smiles, and healing to audiences around the world, and we want to share that blessing here with our friends, families, and neighbors.

Pastors Lunch – A Time of Fellowship, Unity & Encouragement

Dear Pastors,

Grace and peace to you in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ.

In these challenging times—when the world feels heavier and the coming of Jesus seems nearer—there is a real need for pastors to stand together for the gospel here in the Capital District. I want to sincerely apologize for the late notice, but I felt an urgency in my heart to gather our local pastors for a meaningful time of fellowship, encouragement, and connection.

As we approach the busy Easter season, every church is carrying a full load. Yet even in the midst of this, I believe God is calling us to strengthen one another and build unity across our region. This lunch is a simple opportunity to reconnect, share, and be refreshed.

What to Expect:

A warm time of fellowship and connection with pastors from across the Capital District

A brief introduction to the upcoming CLF World Conference (March 23–25)—a powerful opportunity to recharge spiritually and unite with pastors globally

An overview of the Tabernacle Encounter, a meaningful resource that has blessed many congregations

A simple lunch, encouragement, and space to share what God is doing in our ministries
