I’m STILL amazed by what God did at Midday Manna yesterday!

Midday Manna was more than a gathering for me. It was confirmation. God confirmed………This space is needed.

Our Legacy Makers (55 and older) need a place where they can come, fellowship, share, be encouraged, be loved on, and most importantly, be reminded that God STILL has need of them!

Their steps may be a little shorter. The aches may be a little more. Their vision may not be what it used to be, but there is STILL purpose in them. STILL wisdom in them. STILL something for them to do. And STILL more in store!

Our focus scripture was Psalm 92:14, “They shall STILL bring forth fruit in old age…” and that word STILL came alive in the room!

One of my favorite moments was hearing them answer the question, “What would you tell your younger self?”

🌱Slow down.

🌱Value who God created you to be.

🌱What you do today will affect your tomorrow.

🌱Get an education.

🌱Don’t judge your whole world by what you’re going through today.

🌱Honor your elders.

🌱Don’t go that way. You’re headed in the wrong direction.

Listen!!!! WISDOM WAS IN THE ROOM!

Because getting older does not mean God is finished with you. You may not move as fast as you used to. You may not be able to do it the way you once did. But you can STILL bring forth fruit!

There is STILL something in you that somebody else needs.

There is STILL a testimony to tell.

There is STILL wisdom to share.

There is STILL purpose.

There is STILL fruit.

And there is STILL MORE!

To every Legacy Maker, WE STILL NEED YOU!

Youth C.L.U.B. was definitely a vibe!🔥 It was a night of laughter, praise, fellowship, good food and learning about Jesus, Our Provider!

The lesson reminded us of the story of Jesus feeding the 5,000. What seemed like so little in the hands of a young boy became more than enough when Jesus blessed it. What a beautiful reminder that Jesus sees our needs, He cares for us, and He is always able to provide more than enough!🙌🏾🙌🏾

We’re so thankful for the opportunity to pour into our young people and help them grow in their faith. Nights like this remind us that God is working in their hearts and that every moment spent teaching them about Jesus matters.

Jesus, Our Provider.

Ministry doesn't stop at the church doors. It reaches into the community with the love of Christ. As believers, we represent Christ, and every opportunity to serve is an opportunity to share His love.

At Abundant Life Fellowship Church, this is about more than diapers, wipes, and formula. It's about reminding East Albany that you are seen, you are valued, and you are not forgotten. We recognize that barriers like transportation and the lack of distribution sites on this side of the river can make it difficult for families to access essential resources. Thank you to I AM Legacy PTCA for your work to help meet the needs of families in our community.

We are excited about what God is doing and what’s to come! Stay tuned.
