We’ll be honoring a special man of God, Bro. Ken Whitten, 93 years old.
Ken has been saved for 75 years and has served in the ministry for 60 plus years!
Tomorrow he will be preaching and we will follow the service with a pot luck meal!
We are honored and privileged to have him!

Wednesday night church, February 25th, will be held at The Gathering Baptist Church in Mineola, to support their meeting with Bro. Terry Roberts. We will not have our usual Wednesday service, as we will be at The Gathering.
Their meeting goes from tonight through to Friday the 27th. Hope to see you there!

This is Brother Andrew. After much consideration I feel the best decision is to cancel tomorrow’s Sunday services at Bright Star Baptist Church. The safety of our people is my primary concern, not only on driving, but walking into the building from the parking lot. Let’s spend time with the Lord with our families at home. Continue to help me pray for a MOVE OF GOD! Stay hungry! Stay thirsty! Stay burdened! And if you are none of those, plead for God to change your heart!
