A Celebration of Life for Timothy Ray Lolley (May 10,1961 - March 26, 2026) will be held on Saturday, May 9,2026, at 2:00 PM at Stewart Methodist Church, 1920 County Road 45, Akron, AL 35441. Following the service, refreshments will follow in the Fellowship Hall. In lieu of flowers, please make donations to Stewart Methodist Church, Hale County Hospital ER Renovation, or a charity of one's choice.
May Tim's legacy of love, faith, and service continue to inspire those who were fortunate enough to know him. His memory will forever be cherished by family and friends alike.

The Stewart Methodist Women’s Ministry would like to thank Thomas Waters, Hale County EMS, for sharing with us about the emergency and transport services we are so fortunate to have in Hale County. His talk was so interesting and informative, and we are abundantly blessed to have people like Thomas who spend their lives dedicated to serving our community. The ladies then put together pouches filled with small items and toys to calm anxieties for children who have to be transported by ambulance. We appreciate our hostesses, Sara Cobb, Debi Martin, and Christie Wilborn for inviting Thomas and organizing this month’s gathering. We are also thankful for Sara’s devotional reminder for us to continally cultivate and practice hospitality.💗

2026 Stewart Community Easter Egg Hunt & Meal

Look at the pics of these beautiful children soaking up the gorgeous weather while hunting eggs, petting baby animals, playing games together… and learning about Jesus! Thanks to Nancy Gvillo for organizing the outside activities and to all who came and participated and helped make it such an memorable time! Afterwards, everyone enjoyed fellowship over a bbq/ chicken meal with plenty of sides and yummy desserts.
