In Romans 6:1b-11, Paul reminds us that through baptism we are united with Christ in His death and resurrection. The old life of sin no longer defines us; we have been made new through God's amazing grace.

Today, walk in the freedom and hope that come from knowing you belong to Jesus. No matter what challenges you face, Christ's victory is your victory, and His life is at work within you.

May this truth fill your heart with peace, purpose, and joy as you live each day in the light of His love.

Life isn't always easy. Sometimes following God's call can feel challenging, lonely, or even discouraging. In Jeremiah 20:7-13, the prophet pours out his frustration and pain, yet he cannot keep God's Word silent within him. Even in the midst of struggle, Jeremiah remembers that the Lord is with him and worthy of praise.

No matter what burdens you are carrying, know that God sees you, hears you, and walks beside you. His strength sustains us when we feel weak, and His love gives us hope when the road ahead seems uncertain.

Take heart—God is faithful through every trial. Trust Him, lean on Him, and let His light shine through you.

🙏 "Sing to the Lord; praise the Lord! For he has delivered the life of the needy." – Jeremiah 20:13

In a world that often feels disconnected, Jesus invites us into a relationship that changes everything. Through prayer, worship, Scripture, and serving others, we draw closer to Him and discover the peace, hope, and purpose only He can provide.

No matter where you are on your faith journey, Jesus is reaching out to you with open arms. Take a moment today to connect with Him. He is always listening, always loving, and always present.

"Come near to God and He will come near to you." – James 4:8

Moses tells the Israelites that they are called to be a priestly kingdom and a holy people. Jesus sends out the disciples as laborers into the harvest. In baptism we too are anointed for ministry, sharing God’s compassion with our needy world. From the Lord’s table we go forth to proclaim the good news, to heal the sick, and to share our bread with the hungry.

Join us for worship this morning at 10 a.m. in person at 50 N. Prospect Street, Akron or online at holytrinityakron.org.

Today we celebrate Flag Day and give thanks for the freedoms we enjoy as a nation. As we honor the American flag, we also remember the blessings and responsibilities that come with liberty.

As followers of Christ, we are called to pray for our country, our leaders, our communities, and all who serve to protect and defend our freedoms. May we be people who reflect God's love, seek peace, serve others, and shine the light of Christ wherever we go.

"Blessed is the nation whose God is the Lord." — Psalm 33:12

Whatever challenges you may be facing, remember that you do not face them alone. Christ is your source of strength, hope, and perseverance. When you feel weary, He renews you. When obstacles seem overwhelming, He walks beside you. When the path ahead is uncertain, He guides your steps.

Trust in God's power at work within you and face this day with confidence, knowing that through Christ, you have the strength to endure, overcome, and serve with love.

Have a blessed day, and may God's strength sustain you in all that you do. ❤️🙏
