Today Father Dean reminded us that it’s easy to say “yes” to Christ with our lips, but the real question is whether we live that “yes” with our lives.

In today’s Gospel, Matthew 22:2–14, we are reminded that we are all invited to the wedding feast. Our prayer, worship, and life in Christ are how we prepare.

“We can’t say yes with our lips while saying no with our lives.”

A simple but powerful reminder for all of us. 🙏

❤️ Serving a Meal. Sharing Fellowship.

As part of our Outreach Ministry, Annunciation visits the IBH Sober House each month to provide dinner and, just as importantly, spend time in fellowship with its members.

This month, a special thank you — Manny, Ivy, Donna, Larry, Christine, Jim and Father Dean — for sharing their time and serving together. And thank you to Kathy, who coordinates our monthly IBH visits and keeps this meaningful outreach going.

Sometimes ministry is as simple as showing up, sharing a meal and reminding others they are not alone. 💙

Joseph May and Father Dean had the opportunity to attend an event supporting Stewart's Caring Place: Cancer Wellness Center. Each year during Lent, our church comes together to collect food and support this wonderful organization, which provides care and support to families affected by cancer.

We’re grateful for the opportunity to support such a meaningful ministry—not just during our Lenten food drive, but throughout the year.

A special thank-you to Elizabeth Bartz for purchasing the tickets and making it possible for us to attend this evening’s event! We’re so grateful for your generosity and support. 💙
