Bible Class RECAP
“What’s stressing you out?”
That was our question Tuesday night, and the answers were real! Family, finances, health, relationships, work, and the pressures of life can weigh heavy on all of us.
The good news is God never intended for us to carry every burden by ourselves. We learned that stress is real, but so is God’s peace.

We also challenged everyone to take the Stress Assessment to evaluate their stress levels over the past month and identify areas that may need attention before stress begins affecting their health, relationships, and overall well-being. Take the test and see where you are.

Thank you to everyone who shared, participated, and grew with us. Remember:
You can’t always control what happens to you, but with God’s help you can control how you respond to it.
“Cast all your anxiety on Him because He cares for you.” – 1 Peter 5:7
