Spots open in 3K and 4K!
Trinity UMC Preschool has openings in our 3K and 4K classes. We would love to welcome a few more children this year!
Our Christian preschool gives little ones a warm, play-based start where they grow socially, academically, and in faith. Experienced teachers, small classes, and a loving church community help prepare kids for kindergarten and beyond.
3K & 4K
Monday–Thursday, 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Optional Lunch Bunch until 1:00 PM
Children must be 3 or 4 by September 1 and fully potty trained.

Trinity UMC will be hosting a watch party in Room 18 with Martha Young facilitating.

UMC Church and Society invites you to join the UMC Election Observers Program. As the 2026 midterm elections approach, people of faith have an important role in promoting transparency, fairness, and public confidence in the election process. The vote is a sacred expression of our commitment to building the beloved community.

Election observers are trained, nonpartisan witnesses who observe polling places and election procedures. Unlike poll workers, they do not administer elections. Their presence helps uphold the integrity of the process and strengthen public trust.

Program Schedule
Tuesdays at 7 p.m. ET
August 18–September 22, 2026
Location: Zoom

During this six-week program, participants will explore:
- The history of voting in the United States and the moral significance of the vote
- A theology and spirituality of presence and protection
- The role and responsibilities of election observers
- How to become an observer in their state and local community
- Opportunities for collaboration with other United Methodists in South Carolina

UMC Church and Society staff will collaborate with Directors of Connectional Ministries, conference justice ministry leaders, and other conference leaders to help participants identify local requirements and opportunities. All approval and official training will take place under the guidance of local boards of elections.
