We lost another general today. James Robison (1943–2026). James and his wife Betty co-hosted Life Today, and founded Life Outreach International. Millions of people were reached through their ministry. Pray for his wife Betty, their children and their whole team. This is the third passing this month of a minister who I used to watch daily in the late 80s and 90’s. Marilyn Hickey, Joni, Lamb, and James Robison. I can only imagine them rejoicing together with Jesus right now.

God’s Seven Wonders,
Part II

“Behold, I stand at the door and knock. If anyone hears My voice and opens the door, I will come in to him and dine with him, and he with Me.”
—REVELATION 3:20

The fourth of God’s seven wonders is the wonder of conversion. The word conversion means “to change, to turn.” You cannot convert yourself: you have to have God help you repent. The Holy Spirit helps us say no to sin and yes to Christ—and He gives us new life.

The fifth wonder is the gift of peace and joy that Christ gives. God’s wondrous love and the gracious forgiveness He offers through Jesus Christ bring peace and joy.

The sixth wonder is God’s plan for the future. I look forward to that day when He will return. What a glorious day that will be when we see Him face-to-face!

The seventh wonder of God is your own commitment to Jesus Christ. He has come to save you, but He won’t force you to make that commitment. Have you committed your life to Him—totally and without reserve?

Love, the Incarnation, the cross, conversion, peace and joy, God’s plan, your commitment to Jesus—God definitely is the God of wonders!
Wisdom for Today

Let us not take for granted the wonder of our conversion, Lord, and the fact that You enable us to turn from the darkness to walk in the light with You. Thank You for the wonder of a brand-new life.

God’s Seven Wonders,
Part 2

“Because your lovingkindness is better than life, my lips shall praise You. Thus I will bless You while I live.”
—PSALM 63:3–4

There were seven wonders of the ancient world, and from time to time we read about the seven wonders of the modern world. But God has His seven wonders too.

The first is the wonder of God’s love. The Almighty God, the Creator of the whole universe, loves you and is interested in you as if you were the only person who ever lived. Even when we sin against Him, He still wants to put His arms around us and say, “I love you.”

The second is the wonder of God coming to live among us. God became a man—and that man was Jesus. He took on flesh so that He might know our trials and heartaches and be tempted as we are. He understands us.

The third is the wonder of the cross. Jesus died for you and for me. Far more than His excruciatingly painful physical death, He suffered spiritually when God laid on Him your sins and mine. He who had never known sin took the penalty for all our sin.

What wondrous love is this!

Wisdom for Today

Your love for us, Father, truly is a wonder—the way You pursue, protect, and provide. You love us as no other could, and You sacrificed the way no other would. May we never question Your feelings for us.

From Prophetic To Headline News:

There's a shift happening and it's not loud. It's subtle. It doesn't come with open opposition to Christ. It comes wrapped in words like peace, unity and coexistence.

We are watching world leaders and religious figures, including Pope Leo XIV, sit at the same tables and promote what sounds noble on the surface, a "dialogue of life," a shared path forward, a world where all beliefs can walk hand in hand.

And again, peace is not the problem.

But Scripture warned us that deception would not appear evil, but rather look convincing, righteous, or "like light" to mislead people including believers. "Even Satan disguises himself as an angel of light." ( 2 Corinthians 11:14). Jesus and the Apostles warned that the greatest deception in the last days operates through subtle counterfeits. ( 2 Timothy 3:13), resembling true spirituality while drawing hearts away from biblical truth. This is headline news today!

So here is what presses on my spirit:

If everything begins to sound the same, if every path is treated as equal, if truth is softened to avoid offense, then what happens to the words of Jesus?
"I am the way, the truth, and the life." (John 14:6).

Not one of many.
Not a voice among equals.
The way.

This is not about hating anyone. This is not about rejecting people. But this is about recognizing that not everything labeled "unity" is from God. Because real unity in Christ doesn't erase truth. It is built on it.

And if we're not careful, we won't be forced to abandon our faith. No. We'll simply be conditioned to dilute it until it no longer stands apart at all.

I'll ask it plainly:

👉 Are we going to love people or quietly become trained to compromise truth?

Because in this hour, discernment isn't optional. It's everything!

Pay attention tribe! Armor up! Clothe yourself in the Word of God with prayer and fasting. Lift up your heads for our redemption is drawing nigh...

Christ once lived in history—and today He lives on in people’s lives. Jesus not only lived on this earth, but He still lives—and He will live forever.

Year after year we have seen thousands of men, women, and young people receive Christ as Savior throughout the world. People with problems, burdens, and sins have committed their lives to Jesus and seen a light in their eyes and a glow on their faces as they are transformed by the Spirit of God. When Christ takes up residence in their hearts, they become new creations in Him.

Today, as always, many people think they can manage without God. They may manage economically, intellectually, and even socially. But down inside they have a spiritual void that can be filled only by Jesus Christ.

Jesus not only lived in the flesh in history, but He can live right now in you: “Christ in you, the hope of glory” (Colossians 1:27). Has Christ come to live in your life? He can—and He will, as you commit your life to Him.

Wisdom for Today

Lord, I don’t want to merely make it through life as unscathed as possible. I want to live the kind of passionate and purposeful life that is possible only when You, the risen Christ, take up residence in me. Only then will I truly live.
