Happy New Year Everyone!!!!
You just don’t know.
You don’t know what God could do in a year.
You could feel completely stuck right now, yet in approximately 365 days look back on today and think, “WOW. I would have never guessed I would be here. Only God.”
He can make a brand new way you didn’t know existed.
He could bring someone into your life you didn’t know you needed.
He could change your heart in a way that you never could on your own.
He could carry you through the darkness that this year will hold for many, showing you He is your forever faithful companion.
You don’t know what God could do in a year.
Even if this year doesn’t end with a feeling of huge breakthrough, or great leaps forwards..
It will hold significance. It will be days mapped out in His book.
You don’t know if this next year will feel like a hilltop or a valley, or perhaps just flat plains to walk through.
Regardless, it will not go in vain.
This year of your life WILL matter in His plan.
And sometimes the best way to look at a new year is realizing that plan is so much bigger than us (yet, He wants us in it!), and it’s already been written.
You never know what God could do in a year.
But He does.
