Our Bon Dance Festival was a huge success with the help of all who participated in this special annual event. A big mahalo to the many Taiheiji members, donors, volunteers, taiko, Somei taiko, dancers, Okinawan dancers, plant sale donors, and the community.

Soto Mission of Aiea Activity Center Grand Opening. The ceremony took place in front of the new center’s gateway and included a short program featuring congratulatory messages, a blessing service for the building, the unveiling of the Soto Mission crests that adorn the gateway between the temple
and the Activity Center, and a ribbon cutting ceremony.
