FOR HIS GLORY & G.E.Ms (GODS EMERGING MINISTRIES)
Purpose:
The purpose of the FOR HIS GLORY & G.E.Ms (GODS EMERGING MINISTRIES) is to spread encouragement by 1) reflecting on the scriptures that inspired the lyrics of various gospel songs, 2) applying to our lives the promises of God found in the scriptures, and 3) praise and worship dancing to Christian/gospel music as an act of worship. There a
re two parts to our ministry meetings, 1) group devotionals and 2) praise & worship dancing. They are not deep, theological bible studies, but rather simple reminders of God's love for us through his word. The music consists of upbeat/ flowing songs from a variety of artist or birth through the spirit. All of the dances that are taught are beginner level dances, later will emerge and that require no previous dance experience. Mission Statement: Globally bringing glory to God through the artful expression of dance, praise and worship; while being led by the spirit into the flow of his presence. Also to spread and encourage dance through Christian & gospel music. Vision Statement: God inhabits the praises of his people, as the words says, and we become immersed in his presence. For His Glory & G.E.Ms (GODS EMERGING Ministries) will corporately build the kingdom through the artful expression of dance and foster growth in individuals through the spirit of excellence and direct individuals towards Christ; build a solid foundation that ministers the truth of God through dance to non- believers and develop the potential for everyone to experience the love of Father through the art of dance.
