At the beginning of the month we had the amazing opportunity to fill the church with 5 year olds up to fifth grade students! We had so much fun learning more about Jesus, eating together, playing games, doing activities, and making new friends!

Thank to all the students who showed up! We loved getting to know each of you and hope to continue to see you Sunday mornings at church.

Thank you to all the leaders who made this possible. From serving food to playing games to dancing, thank you for making this a special time!

As we head into the new school year, we want you to live aware and love well! For the teachers and students, we have been set apart for the gospel and are called to live as such. Let your actions speak louder than words. Love each person, student or coworker, as God loves them and calls them. ❤️

We are praying for revival in the schools. For students, teachers, and coaches who are bold enough to stand up to the darkness. We are praying for you!

We hope that everyone has a great school year and sports season! Don’t for get to stay rooted in Christ this year and live every day aware of what God is wanting to do.

It is with heavy hearts, yet unshakable hope, that we share the passing of our brother and friend, Joe Long.

This photo was taken last September during a time of worship. Looking at it now, we're reminded of the words of A.W. Tozer:

"Worship is the occupation of heaven. We only begin here what we will do forever."

Today, while we grieve Joe's absence, we rejoice in knowing that his faith has become sight. The cancer that once weakened his body has no hold on him now. He is completely healed, completely whole, and worshiping his Savior and Lord face to face.

Joe, thank you for showing us what it looks like to pursue Jesus with your whole heart.

"Well done, good and faithful servant." — Matthew 25:23

Please continue to pray for Angie and the entire Long family in the days ahead.
