Holy Family Parish Adrian Welcome to Holy Family Parish. We are a Catholic people, not a place, striving to live Jesus. Mary of Good Counsel and St. Joseph Church here in Adrian.

We are a Catholic Parish in the Diocese of Lansing that was created in 2018 by the merger of St. The parish is staffed by the Oblates of St. Francis de Sales and offers liturgies in-person and online in both English and Spanish.

BACKPACK PROJECT | We extend our heartfelt thanks and gratitude to Kappa Kappa Epsilon (KKE) Sorority for their generous Youth Grant!

Because of their support, the St. Mary Food Pantry and Dire Needs Office were able to distribute 109 backpacks to area children in early August. Their generosity helped make this much-needed community initiative possible and ensured local children could start the school year feeling prepared, confident, and supported.

Thank you, KKE, for investing in our community and helping make a difference in the lives of local families!

Welcome, Fr. Miguel Colunga!
Please join us in warmly welcoming Fr. Miguel Colunga to Holy Family Parish! We are blessed and excited to have him with us as he begins his first pastorate with us today.

In his message to our parish family, Fr. Miguel shares his desire to shepherd us with the heart of Christ—to lead us closer to Jesus, deepen our relationship with the Holy Spirit, and grow together as disciples of Christ.

Please keep Fr. Miguel, Holy Family Parish, and the Adrian community in your prayers as we begin this new chapter together. May the Lord guide and bless his ministry among us. Jesus, Mary and Joseph, Graciously hear our prayer.

What a beautiful way to celebrate Fr. Tom’s final Mass at Holy Family Parish.

Fr. Tom reminded us of a simple message that I think we all need to hear: “Take a little time to pray. Take a little time to ponder.”

This week, let’s quiet the noise, slow down, and simply make space to listen to God.

Thank you, Fr. Tom, for all you have shared with our Holy Family community — your faith, your kindness, your humor and your music. You will be deeply missed!

And if we all find ourselves humming “Take a little time to pray” at 1:00 in the morning… well, you warned us — it is catchy!

May God bless you abundantly in this next chapter!
