Our 14th annual Ragtime Extravaganza will be different, but no less amazing! We'll be celebrating America's 250th anniversary by partnering with the City of Adrian's First Friday event on Friday, July 3rd. Join us at 8PM at the First Presbyterian Church on Maumee St. in downtown Adrian for a concert of great American music. You'll hear the roots of our nation's popular music with works by Ernest Hogan, Scott Joplin, Irving Berlin, George M. Cohan, and more! After the concert, you'll enjoy the fireworks overhead from Comstock Park. Made possible in part by generous support from the Michigan Arts and Culture Council and a grant from Walmart Spark Good.

May God's grace and goodness shine upon you! Congratulations on your baptism! ❤️

Our Junior Servants hosted a sweatshirt drive to share with the kids at Boys & Girls Club of Lenawee. We are so grateful that they are keeping mission work on their minds and in their hearts. Thank you to our congregation for your support. And thank you to the Boys and Girls Club of Lenawee CEO Sara Herriman for joining our service Sunday and accepting our donations.

We are so grateful for the middle school youth at the First Presbyterian Church of Adrian and their incredible donation drive to support our Club! 💙

Our CEO, Sara Herriman, was honored to join their Sunday service to accept the items on behalf of our Club and the young people we serve. Moments like this remind us what community looks like, showing up, giving generously, and caring for our kids.

If you or your organization would like to support the Boys & Girls Club of Lenawee, we’d love to connect. Call us at 517-266-9775 or message us on Facebook or Instagram anytime. Thank you for helping us make a difference!

Good evening!

Due to hazardous road conditions pending and the City of Adrian's Emergency Snow Order, we have made the decision to cancel in person worship for Sunday, January 25th for the safety of our members and guests.

There will be no online service but our old YouTube has past services to view if you'd like something to watch here:

Stay safe and warm! Enjoy your weekend.

Be Protected from the cold!

Starting 9am Friday 1/23/26- 9am Tuesday 1/27/26 STW Lenawee will be operating as a 24 hour emergency cold weather shelter in addition to the normal 24 hour emergency shelter. This is open to Lenawee County residents that are in need of shelter or a warm place. Beds will be available on a first come first serve basis.

During this time extra donations would be greatly accepted based on the amount of additional in need. Donations would consist of breakfast, lunch, or dinner items, snacks, bottled water/drinks, and 24 hour volunteers. Any and all help would be appreciated.

Thank you to Dr. Scott Elliott for hosting the film screening "Evicting the American Dream" and paneled discussion after. The panel chosen works directly with our community and the unhoused within their various organizations:

Richard Hoyle, Neighbors of Hope.

We appreciate their participation and willingness to have an open dialogue and share their experiences and views based on the work they do. They also shared ideas, needs, and other ways to get involved.

156 E. Maumee St. – Adrian, MI 49221
*Downtown across from the Police Station / Library*

Evicting the American Dream amplifies the voices and stories of children and families confronting eviction and homelessness. Through additional interviews with pediatric psychologists, social workers, tenant rights organizations, housing authority officials, and eviction lawyers, this film explores the root causes and systemic issues that perpetuate this epidemic.

Often when we hear the words ‘homelessness’ and ‘eviction’, there is a dominant narrative that says: “There is nothing we can do to prevent this from happening.” This film seeks to reframe, humanize, and transform how the wider public understands eviction and homelessness and the ways in which this is preventable.

Hope to see you there! Share this post please. Tag someone you know that may be interested in this message. Thank you.
