Good morning! This week we will continue our discussion about the creation of man. What makes us different than animals? What truths do we learn from the Bible about who we are and our purpose in the first 2 chapters of Genesis? How do the New Testament authors write about these events? How does this apply in our interactions with others and the views in our current culture? Here are the Key Passages we will be focusing on…

Genesis 2:4–25; 1 Corinthians 11:7–9, 15:47–49; 1 Timothy 2:13; Mark 10:1–9

Come join us Sunday at 9:30am!

Good morning! We will be finishing our Gospel Foundations series this week. We will be discussing the return of Christ and focusing on the last chapters of Revelation. Here are the passages.

Revelation 19:11-16
• How can you increase your confidence in the authority and power of Christ?
• What are the implications of full confidence in the authority and power of Christ for how you live on mission for His kingdom?
Revelation 21:1-5
• How have you traditionally viewed heaven? What are some popular misconceptions about heaven?
• Do you long to be in the presence of God each day? Why or why not? What are some changes you can make to ensure you spend time with Jesus?
Revelation 22:1-5
• Why do you think it’s so important for Christians to have a vision of the future?
• What are some specific ways you can pursue this vision of heaven even while you are on earth this week?

Come join us at 9:30!

Good morning! Last week we looked at the churches mission to not only gather but to scatter and to spread the gospel. This week we will discuss the importance of keeping the gospel message pure and unchanged. Here are the passages we will be looking at.

Acts 15:1-5
• What are some beliefs and traditions we can hold on to that may impede the gospel for others?
• The early church was proactive in dealing with a potential threat to the church’s unity and mission. What lessons can we draw from their example?
Acts 15:6-18
• What traditions have you had to set aside for the gospel?
• What are some of the dangers of relying only on our experiences to validate what God is doing?
Acts 15:19-21
• What are some cultural practices today that are opposed to the gospel that we may need to clarify with new believers?
• What freedoms have you given up, or should you give up out of love for others?

Come join us tomorrow at 9:30!

Good morning! I hope you all had a great Thanksgiving and were able to spend some time with friends and family remembering all that God has blessed us with this past year. This week we will discuss Paul and Barnabas’s first gospel outreach.

Acts 13:1-3
• How do you support missionaries sent by your local church?
• What are some common reasons people might offer as their justification for not going as missionaries themselves?
Acts 13:4-8
• When have you seen the power of God through the gospel change someone’s heart?
• In what sense does your willingness to share the gospel validate your own belief in the gospel?
Acts 13:9-12
• Why is it essential for us to understand the primary task of speaking the message of the gospel?
• What happens to our witness if we fail to keep the proclamation of the gospel central to our mission?

Come join us tomorrow!
