VAGUS NERVE. God's design for the human body is amazing! He installed the **vagus nerve** that activates when we sing or hum (or gargle!), sending our bodies in to "rest and digest" mode.

Being in that mode causes heart rate and BP to drop, decrease in cortisol ("fight or flight" hormone), and increases nitric oxide in the sinuses, which opens them up.

Please join us as we sing to the Lord Sunday at 10:30 AM! Let's raise our voices in praise! Lift our song in worship!

7797 Rte 417 in Addison.
