Nutrition Coach to Present “Fit for Faith”

On Saturday, May 2, 2026, at the Assembly of God Church, 23 South Main Street/Route 11, in Adams, New York, New York State Certified Dietician/Nutritionist Suzanne Taddeo will present a condensed interactive version of her “Fit for Faith” workshop on how to have a healthy physical and spiritual life. The free 10 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. program is offered by Live More Ministries for women. The Assembly of God Church Women will offer a complimentary breakfast from 9:00 a.m. to 9:45 a.m.

Following a career as a hospital-based dietician and raising a family, Suzanne established Can Do Coaching to provide science-based one-on-one counseling and group workshops on how to have a healthy diet and lifestyle. She presents information on such topics as plant-based eating, healthy mind and mood, heart health, managing diabetes, food addictions, anti-inflammatory diet, encouraging immunity, pre-natal eating, and feeding a growing family.

Suzanne has been featured in Syracuse Woman magazine and by Mars Hill Network, where she hosted “Fit for Jesus” short segments on the network.

February 28 Women’s Program in Adams Center: “Pray and Proclaim” — A Way to Overcome Difficult Times

On Saturday, February 28, 2026, Grace Community Church at 17784 Michael Road (just off US Route 11) in Adams Center, New York, will host a Live More Ministries program with speaker Cathy Peyton sharing how she learned to pray and proclaim God’s help during a family health crisis and with suggestions for how others can apply the practice in difficult times. The 10 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. program is free to attend. The Grace Community Church Women will offer a complimentary breakfast from 9:00 a.m. to 9:45 a.m.

Stories and Songs: Women’s Program’s 16th Anniversary, Church’s 175th Anniversary in Adams

On Saturday, October 4, 2025, Live More Ministries will present a free program with area women sharing stories paired with songs that fit the story’s meaning from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm. The Emmanuel Episcopal Church Women will offer a complimentary breakfast from 9:00 a.m. to 9:45 a.m.

This autumn 2025 program is a homecoming for Live More Ministries that began its Christian women’s ministry at Emmanuel Episcopal Church. Area churches host the free Live More programs offered quarterly. The ministry is celebrating its 16th anniversary as part of the 175th anniversary celebration of Emmanuel Episcopal Church. The church will hold a celebration at 6:30 p.m. on October 1, 2025; the public is welcome.

It was a beautiful Live More morning at Sixtown Meeting House yesterday! Great food, wonderful fellowship, lots of sharing, tears, laughter, silly music, and check out the video in the vomments for some pretty amazing harmony 🎶
