“I was glad when they said unto me, Let us go into the house of the LORD.” Psalm 122:1 🙌🏼

We had a blessed day in God’s house this morning!

We had a powerful first message in our new series, Peace Over Pressure!

Bro. Kagen Fleming presented the ministry of North Georgia Baptist College out of Philadelphia Baptist Church . We already have students enrolled for the fall semester, and we’re praying the Lord will send many more! Their goal is to have at least 20 students enrolled by the fall semester. Will you join us in praying that God will provide and bless the students He’s already called?

We also had the privilege of seeing our missionary friends. They shared about the ministry God has given them in Southeast Asia and we praise the name of Jesus for the work He is doing there! Please help us lift them up in prayer as they return to the field in August. 🙏🏼

With life comes pressure.

Pressure to perform.
Pressure in relationships and friendships.
Pressure from comparison.
Financial pressure.
Family pressure.
Health pressure.
The pressure of trying to hold it all together.

But with Jesus, we can find peace in every circumstance.

The truth is, a troubled heart isn’t controlled by circumstances, but rather by what it trusts.

“Let not your heart be troubled..” John 14:1
