Good Shepherd Adair, IA Good Shepherd Lutheran Church of Adair, Iowa, is a member of LCMC (Lutheran Congregations in Mission for Christ). Andy Dunn is our pastor.

Our Sunday School for 4-year-olds through 6th grade is called KFC (Kids For Christ) and meets from during the school year. Our worship services, which are meaningful, informal, and varied, starts at 9:30 Sunday morning. Other activities of the church include a mission organization (WACKO) for our 5th and 6th graders and a confirmation program for 7th and 8th graders.

Preparations for the annual Good Shepherd garage sale at 406 Audubon Street in Adair are coming along. We have lots of items for you! Due to road construction, access to Audubon street is via the city park. We will be open 8-6 on Friday and 8-2 on Saturday. June 5 & 6

Brenna, Monroe, Valia, Hayden, Braden, Aiden, and Gio — may you continue to grow in your love for God as you follow your faith journey. We are looking forward to a wonderful Sunday morning service, and we would love for you to be a part of it!

This week holds a very special milestone as we confirm our eighth-grade students. During the service, we will have the privilege of hearing inspiring excerpts from their personal faith statements and discovering their favorite Bible verses.

• Holy Communion: We will share in the Lord's Supper together.
• Youth Confirmation: Celebrate and support our young people as they take this step.
• Fellowship Time: Join us after the service for refreshments, conversation, and community.
