All we can say is PRAISE GOD! -- The letter carriers in Ada, Michigan collected a record number of non-perishable food items, filling two mini vans for us the second Saturday in May! We are so grateful for the opportunity to continue serving our community with these donations in the months ahead.

The top donated item was tuna with 71 cans collected. Coming in a close second was canned beans with 68 cans, and peanut butter ranked third with 27 jars donated. Having protein-rich options available is such a blessing along with all the other staple items and fun things we now have to share with our pantry recipients next month. Way to go, Ada community!

The most unusual donation this year: Turkish dried figs.

Derby Night at Redeemer did NOT disappoint! The energy was high, the cars were fast, and the cheers were LOUD! What a blast watching our church community come together for some friendly competition.
